Lynn Durant, Managing Director
Lynn brings to Taylor Winfield a proven track record of 20+ years building successful teams. As a Managing Director, Lynn offers a combined background of deep experience in executive recruitment executing searches along with 10+ years of hands-on operational experience in multiple technology sectors.

Gerri Kies, Managing Director
Gerri brings more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting and human resource leadership roles to the Taylor Winfield team. Prior to joining Taylor Winfield, Gerri led successful practices for two retained search firms in sectors, including consumer branded goods, retail, foodservice, manufacturing, high-tech consumer products and financial services. Her extensive senior level human resources experience includes such leading Fortune 500 Companies as PepsiCo, Macy’s and Nations Credit.
Amy Vernetti, Managing Director
Amy joined Taylor Winfield via the 2005 acquisition of The Vernetti Group. Since 1992, Amy has been instrumental in building the management teams of companies including Jaspersoft, Digital Fountain, Voltage Security, Informative, Net6, Pavilion Technologies, Altra Energy Technologies, Prologic Systems, MyCFO and Think3.
Ann Zeichner, Managing Director
Ann brings to Taylor Winfield over twenty-five years of technology market experience building winning teams across the technology spectrum at service providers, hardware, software and Web 2.0 firms.
Lynn Alderete, Vice President
Lynn Alderete joins Taylor Winfield from her San Diego based consulting company, Alderete & Associates, where she had been working with boutique executive search firms with a diverse set of high-tech clients. Lynn was most recently with DavenportMajor Executive Search working with a variety of companies both domestic and international. She has successfully placed executives including CEOs, other CXO positions and Vice Presidents in a variety of functional areas. Lynn started her career in executive search recruiting high-tech computer professionals. She later joined Austin-McGregor International in Dallas as a Vice President/Partner and in 1998 she established the West Coast office for Austin-McGregor International in San Diego.
Leslie T. Lucks, Vice President
Leslie T. Lucks has re-joined Taylor Winfield after seven years as a Principal at another boutique retained search firm. Her clients ranged from early stage venture backed companies to private equity firms and Fortune 500 corporations. She completed searches in the following sectors: cleantech and renewable energy, defense and homeland security, healthcare, new media and interactive, infrastructure and software services, networking and communications and semiconductors and components. Leslie’s executive search career began at Taylor Winfield and we are proud to have her back to leverage her extensive experience in building senior management teams.

Judy is a Taylor Winfield veteran of twenty one years. Her main role is identifying and executing the marketing and business development approach that distinguishes Taylor Winfield as the premier search firm in the industry.
