Gerri brings more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting and corporate human resource leadership roles to the team. Prior to joining Taylor Winfield, Gerri led successful practices for two retained search firms in various sectors, including consumer branded goods, retail, foodservice, manufacturing, high-tech consumer products and financial services. Her extensive senior level human resources experience includes leading Fortune 500 Companies PepsiCo, Macy’s and Nations Credit.
Nadine North, Operating Partner
A multi-faceted global business innovator, Nadine has experience building companies from the leadership perspectives of Enterprise Talent Strategy, Finance, Alliance Development and Sales. For the last 10+ years she has focused on building C-Suite teams and Boards at enterprise turn-around, expansion and BU/product inflection points. Nadine established Taylor Winfield’s Silicon Valley office in 2003. Since then, she has utilized her solutions-oriented approach assisting corporations across a broad spectrum of industries – including Technology, Energy Management and Healthcare.

Lynn Alderete joins Taylor Winfield from her San Diego based consulting company, Alderete & Associates, where she had been working with boutique executive search firms with a diverse set of high-tech clients. She has successfully placed executives including CEOs, other CXO positions and Vice Presidents in a variety of functional areas.
